- Getting there, staying there
The AVA Annual Conference is the largest veterinary conference in the region. Rotating around Australia’s capital cities it attracts an average 1,100 veterinary professionals including over 920 paid delegates on any given day.
The AVA Annual Conference puts you in touch with the veterinary professionals and decision makers. We offer an array of sponsorship, exhibition and promotional opportunities at various levels and will work with you to create a package that fits your needs and budget.
The conference executive committee is working on a program that will offer a world class program of local and international speakers, a mix of concurrent streams and bringing delegates together via daily plenaries. There will be workshops and field trips where delegates can go more in depth on a particular topic and a social program that is a very important element for the profession. You will have the opportunity to mingle with customers in a relaxed atmosphere at the welcome reception, exhibition opening, happy ours at a the party night.
The exhibition is always a sell out and is the largest veterinary exhibition in the country with over 150 stands available.
Sponsorship and exhibition opportunities open in October 2017 and delegate registrations open in February 2018.
Our sponsors and exhibitors tell us it is the one conference they can’t afford to miss.
