Not an AVA member?  Join now and save up to $1200

International delegates

International delegates who are members of the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), British Veterinary Association (BVA), Canadian Veterinary Medical Association (CVMA), New Zealand Veterinary Association (NZVA) or South African Veterinary Association (SAVA) can attend the 2013 AVA Annual Conference at AVA member rates. International delegates are required to supply their membership association and membership number at the time of booking.

Delegate registration includes:

  • Admittance to industry exhibition
  • Satchel (including conference materials)
  • Opening plenary session
  • Welcome Reception
  • Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea (Monday–Thursday)
  • Happy hour (Monday–Wednesday)

Day registration includes:

  • Attendance at scientific sessions (on nominated day only)
  • Admittance to industry exhibition (on nominated day only)

Cancellation of registration

Cancellations must be received in writing to the Conference Secretariat (E: eventsmanager [at] ava [dot] com [dot] au) by Monday, 15 April 2013.  Cancellations received prior to 15 April 2013 will receive a full refund minus $150 administration fee.   Cancellations after 15 April 2013 will not be refunded.  Substitute delegates will be accepted.
