A well-priced 2-day introductory workshop that will give delegates the theoretical and practical knowledge necessary to confidently provide equine dental services to their clients. The wet workshop will use cadaver specimens with topics including the anatomy, examination, charting, pathology 101 and 201, sedation, analgesia, local anaesthesia, radiology, floating, restorations, pulp capping and beyond. Case studies will be used. Presented by highly experienced equine dental veterinarians, Dr. Rachel Stone, and Dr. Martin Dolinschek. This is an excellent opportunity to develop this important part of your clinical offering.

Presented by Dr. Rikke Shultz DVM. Fascia has for a long time been almost neglected, yet research in both humans and animals is proving the importance of this strong three-dimensional web which connects the whole body. Continuing on from Dr. Shultz’s lectures on the importance of fascia, this introductory workshop will cover the Myofascial Kinetic Lines in the dog and horse with regard to anatomy, function, testing and points for treatment. Registration and cuppa at 8.30am for a 9.00am start. Includes morning tea and lunch.

Join us for a guided tour to learn about the native plant use of the Nyoongar Indigenous people and early settlers, with a focus on medicinal plants. The walk will take us through the Botanic gardens with amazing views of Perth and the river. Walk duration of approximately 1.5 hours. Stay on for afternoon tea at the Botanical Café afterward (own cost).
